The cold can feel intense, but that's where the magic happens. Just a few minutes of intentional discomfort has the power to completely shift your nervous system, flood your body with feel good hormones, and leave you feeling energized, proud, and often a little giddy... especially when we do it together!
At this event we’ll be offering some brief education (10mins) and guidance through group cold plunges (3 at a time), access to a wood-burning sauna (4-5 at a time), as well as our hot tub (seats 6-7), and all of this under the stars! Participants can bounce between the three as they wish, exploring the benefits not only of the individual therapies (hot and cold), but of the contrast as well. We’ll also offer hot tea for sipping in the hot tub :)
Cold therapy isn’t just about grit or pushing through. It’s about learning how to stay present in intensity, how to soften instead of resist, and how to trust your breath and body when things feel uncomfortable. Darnell is SHERPA trained and certified in facilitating cold exposure, so you’ll be guided every step of the way in a safe, supportive, and approachable way.
