Sun. March 15th, 6:00-8:00pm - Breathwork at Essential Yoga Studio

$25.00

This experience will take place at Essential Yoga Studio at 1343 E Montclair St, Springfield MO 65804

*Born from a desire to make our Breathwork journeys accessible to more of the community, Darnell will be offering pop up Breathwork at studios around town. Please be sure to show up at the studio mentioned above for this event, not the home*

Whether you’re looking for a gentle and grounding experience or you feel called to explore deeper states of consciousness, this breathwork experience gives you the freedom to bring as much or as little intensity as feels supportive.

Before we begin, Darnell offers clear guidance on how to tailor the practice to your own comfort level. You’ll learn how to “pump the brakes” and slow things down if the experience becomes overwhelming, as well as how to safely deepen your breath to enter expanded, holotropic-like states if that’s what your body and nervous system are ready for. Throughout the session, she will provide ongoing cues and options so you can stay connected to what feels right from moment to moment.

The style of breathwork Darnell is trained and certified in is science-backed and works directly with the nervous system to regulate the body, clear the mind, and move stagnant energy—often allowing space for emotional release, clarity, and deep inner connection.

We provide yoga mats, pillows, blankets and eye masks but feel free to bring your own for added support. A journal and water bottle is recommended.
